The People's choice awards aired yesterday! I'm so happy Hugh Laurie was the Favorite TV drama actor, and Lady Gaga won the Favorite breakout music artist. Nicole only attented the after party, but look at this: isn't it the BEST - PICTURE - EVER? Seriously?



She seems so happy with her husband :) So cute :) They seem to be in love more than ever.

Holidays are over and I'm back to work :( The weather is just soooo cold right now, I swear I'm going to die from hypothermia before the end of winter! I spent two hours freezing outside, watching my pupils to make sure they didn't make any stupid thing.

I'm kinda worried though because my colleague wasn't there today. She was very depressed just before Christmas because some people here are real assholes with her and, whatever she does, it's never good enough for them. What's really weird is that she didn't call in sick, which is not like her at all. She even hung up the phone when we tried to call her. I supposed she didn't come because she felt too bad. Tonight, when I spoke with my mother, she asked me "She didn't commit a suicide, did she?" and I was like, oh no, it was just like a deja vu. I've already seen that and don't want to see it again, never. Thinking of the world "suicide" is enough to make my hands shake and bring back bad memories. I really hope she's okay.

Yes guys, I'm very very very busy now and I can't follow all your journals anymore. I tried but I can't read and comment everything you write so I put my journal in (semi) hiatus. I'll update (I think) with graphics again, so don't cut me please! (even if I'll understand if you will)

Okay, the beginning of this year is just sooooo weird! Remember my aunt? In September 2009, she left my uncle the day after my cousin's (her daughter's) wedding to run away with another man. My uncle went back from work and realized she had taken her clothes and personal stuff and had left him a letter explaining she wanted a divorce.

Well, now here we go with episode 2: the come back. Yep, that's it. She actually came back. My uncle asked to meet her without lawyers, only them and their 5 children. She came, they talked, and at the end she didn't want to leave. She asked my cousins to go to the other man's to bring back her stuff. I'm glad I wasn't there because I would either have killed her, or have killed the other man while bringing back her stuff. I mean, what the f*ck, damn it? How can she come back and expect that everything will be erased from our memories? My uncle seems okay with that, he's too happy to be with her again, and so do my 3 youngest cousins, but I know the 2 oldest are still very mad at their mum. They went through hell for 4 months and now she's like "oh, sorry, it was a mistake, I'm back, can we start it all over again?"

I don't know what to think about that. I mean, I know I should be happy for my uncle but I'm afraid she can disappear again. My uncle is not someone you can take when you need him and leave when you don't. For now, I don't want to talk to her again, I don't want to see her. Am I a bad person?

Watched this movie a while ago, requested the DVD for Christmas. Rewatched, am now picspamming.

I can absolutely see how people might not enjoy this film, what with the strange mix of gritty and naive that's going on, and the whole thing where there's basically no dialogue... but I thought it was magic. If you like small, subtle stories about love or if you like gorgeous cinematography (seriously picspamming this was almost annoyingly unchallenging) and a whole lot of delicious imagery going on, then you should give it a try.

I love the main girl, Marissa Gibson. Hope to see more of her.

I had a wonderful Christmas with my family! My cousins are so funny, and we laughed a lot. I also saw my 15-month-old cousin, it was her first "real" Christmas, last year she was too young and slept all day long. My brother dressed up as Santa Claus and gave her her Christmas presents, including a xylophone. Of course, at the end of the day, we were all wondering where we could hide the damn thing because we were fed up with it ^^

I was a good girl this year and had a lot of wonderful presents!
- a Wii console from my parents and brother (I'm still waiting for my Guitar Hero game + guitar to be delivered, woot woot! Matthew Bellamy, here I come!)
- a perfume (Nina by Nina Ricci) and a scarf from my Godmother
- a CD (Robbie Williams) from my uncle

I had to work on Boxing day, which sucked :( But today I was home and bought a Getty full HQ account for less than $5. I knew it would die very quickly as Getty usually don't last very long, so I massdownloaded pics all day long. Now I have tons of HQs (3000 px) on my computer, including 2 Gb for Muse, 1 Gb for Mary-Louise Parker, 1 Gb for Chyler Leigh, 1.5 Gb for Nicole Kidman, and of course some Gb for Nightwish, Within Temptation and other fandoms. Well, I actually downloaded something like 5000 or 6000 pictures =D I'm insane, I know! I will of course post the best ones here, but not tonight as I have something else for you...

I know some people in my f-list love Nicole Kidman. I downloaded the Nine soundtrack a few days ago and had to share Nicole's song with you all!

Nicole's voice is always stunning and I love this song! The Nine soundtrack is really good, and I didn't know Penelope Cruz and Marion Cottilard had such lovely voices. I can't wait to see the movie. But here in France, we'll have to wait until March (!), which really sucks! Come on, guys, March? Seriously?
